The lottage is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer so please dress accordingly. Prior to your session please drink plenty of water and stay away from caffeinated beverages as much as possible in the hours leading up to your time. Feel free to bring a journal or notebook if you would like to take notes. Please dress comfortably (you will be removing your shoes for the energy part of the session) and make sure to bring water for after your session.
